Dr. Dennis Fiorini

Dr. Fiorini founded Fiorini Chiropractic Center, P.A. with his wife, Kim, in 1992 after working with several other doctors in Georgia and South Florida.

He is passionate about helping people learn what the Atlas Orthogonal Technique can do for them as well as teaching other doctors how to use the technique effectively.

The Atlas Orthogonal Technique can help with a miriad of pain, illness and wellness issues. These issues include not just your expected neck pain and back pain, but things like headaches and migraine headaches, carpal tunnel, sciatica, sinusitis, disc problems, breathing problems, high blood pressure and even concentration, energy and healing.

Dr. Fiorini is an instructor of the Atlas Orthogonal Technique and has advanced study directly with Dr. Roy Sweat, the developer of the Atlas Orthogonal Technique.  He teaches doctors from around the world how to better help people with cervical spine issues.  He has spoken at numerous conferences on A.O. as well as on management of motor vehicle collision patients.  A side note…A.O is wonderful for auto accident injury and neck injury patients because it is pain free and non-surgical.  Because of his vast experience and training, he has also provided continuing legal education for the Florida Bar.

Dr. Fiorini is the author or co-author of 3 books on health as well as a contributor to the Textbook of Atlas Orthogonality.

Dr. Fiorini’s mission is to adjust the atlas, the top vertebra in the spine, of every single person in Tallahassee and the surrounding area.
His primary motivation, hearing from patients “you know I feel better just walking in the door here.”
